The company trades under a range of familiar local brands such as:
Dagenham Motors – with over 20 dealerships in London and the South East
Polar Ford – eleven dealerships across Yorkshire and the North West
Lindsay Ford – eight dealerships around Northern Ireland
Heartlands Ford – dealerships in Birmingham and the Midlands
Brunel Ford – dealerships in Bristol and Weston-super-Mare
Ford Retail also manages businesses in the Channel Islands focusing on car rental and retail, operates Iveco commercial vehicle franchises in and around London and runs two Mazda dealerships in Northern Ireland. Our fleet sales is also one of the most successful, selling over 15,000 vehicles each year to some of the country's largest fleet operators.
Our parts division, @first parts solutions, is the UK’s largest dedicated Ford parts business delivering to over 4,000 customers each day and operating from five main distribution centres around the UK.
The Internet division is the newest part of the organisation and has rapidly become a valuable new revenue stream for Ford Retail. The Internet provides some exciting opportunities in online retailing and customer service and our website Ford Retail Online is at the forefront of these.
