Henry Ford College – we make full use of Ford’s £10 million purpose built training college, the company’s largest training facility in Europe
Ford Daventry College – delivers bespoke education and technical training on Ford’s complete vehicle range in line with the government’s national framework
In house training – a wide range of specially designed courses are developed in-house and in partnership with other organisations to deliver industry-leading training
Professional Development – Ford Retail encourages and fully supports its people to gain professional qualifications and industry accreditations such as the IMI’s Automotive Technician Accreditation (ATA) and Automotive Management Accreditation.
